Score Pros does not guarantee specific credit score improvements, timelines, or outcomes. Guaranteeing results or timelines in credit repair services is unethical and in some cases illegal.

Cancellation
You may cancel services at any time. Score Pros offers cancel-anytime flexibility. Refunds, if applicable, are handled on a case-by-case basis and depend on services already rendered.
Billing
Score Pros prioritizes transparent billing. All costs are explained before any commitment. There are no hidden fees. Pricing depends on the level of support required and is discussed during your Credit Clarity Session.
Compliance
Score Pros operates in accordance with applicable credit repair regulations, including the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA). We prioritize ethical practices, clear communication, and data security.
Limitation of Liability
Score Pros is not liable for credit outcomes, decisions made by credit bureaus or furnishers, or any indirect damages. Our role is to provide guidance, education, and compliant dispute services based on your individual situation.
