Score Pros (“Score Pros,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a brand operated by VZN House LLC, a credit consulting and repair service based in Irvine, California. We operate the website getscorepros.com (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information when you visit our Site, book a consultation, exchange text messages with us, or use any of our services.

By accessing our Site or engaging our services, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.

1. Information We Collect

Information You Provide Directly

When you interact with our Site or engage our services, you may provide information including:

Contact information — your name, email address, phone number (including mobile number), and mailing address, provided through our contact forms, booking forms, intake forms, or during consultation sessions.

Credit and financial information — during the course of our credit consulting and repair services, you may share details about your credit history, credit reports, account information, debt obligations, financial goals, and related documentation. This information is provided voluntarily by you and is used solely to deliver the services you have requested.

Booking and scheduling information — when you book a Credit Clarity Session or service appointment, we collect the information you provide through our scheduling system, including your name, contact details, and any notes about your situation.

Payment information — if you purchase a service, your payment is processed through a secure third-party payment processor (e.g., Stripe). We do not store your full credit card number, CVV, or bank account details on our servers. We may retain a transaction record, including the last four digits of your card, for billing and service records.

Communications — any messages, emails, text messages, or other correspondence you send to or exchange with us.

Information Collected Automatically

When you visit our Site, we may automatically collect technical information including your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referring URL, pages visited, time and duration of your visit, and general geographic location (city/state level). This information is collected through cookies, web beacons, and similar tracking technologies.

Information From Third Parties

We may receive information from third-party services integrated with our Site, such as analytics providers (e.g., Google Analytics), scheduling platforms, communications providers, and payment processors. This information is used in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

To deliver credit consulting and repair services — reviewing your credit situation, developing personalized strategies, preparing and submitting disputes on your behalf, and providing ongoing guidance through your chosen service tier (Managed Credit Support, Guided Credit Strategy, Strategic Credit Planning, or Business Credit & Fundability).

To schedule and manage consultations — booking your Credit Clarity Session and any follow-up appointments, and sending appointment confirmations and reminders.

To communicate with you — responding to your inquiries, providing service updates, delivering progress reports, sending account and document-status updates, and sending information relevant to your credit improvement process, by email, phone, and (where you have consented) text message.

To process payments — completing transactions for services you have purchased and maintaining billing records.

To improve our services and Site — analyzing how visitors use our Site so we can improve functionality, content, and the client experience.

To comply with legal obligations — meeting our obligations under applicable federal and state laws, including the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA), the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA) where applicable, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA).

To protect against misuse — detecting and preventing fraud, unauthorized access, and other harmful activities.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your credit-related information or financial data with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We do not share your mobile phone number or text-messaging (SMS) opt-in consent with any third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.

We may share your information in the following limited circumstances:

Credit bureaus and creditors — when performing credit repair services on your behalf, we may submit disputes and correspondence to Equifax, Experian, TransUnion, and relevant creditors or collection agencies. This is done at your direction and authorization as part of the services you have engaged.

Service providers — we work with trusted third-party vendors who perform services on our behalf, such as website hosting, payment processing (e.g., Stripe), scheduling platforms, email and text-message delivery (e.g., our telephony/messaging provider), and analytics. These providers are contractually required to protect your data and use it only to perform the services we request.

ScorePros AI platform — if you are referred to or choose to use our self-service credit intelligence platform at ai.getscorepros.com, we may share relevant contact information to facilitate your access. This occurs only with your knowledge.

Legal requirements — we may disclose your information if required by law, regulation, subpoena, court order, or governmental request, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Score Pros, our clients, or the public.

Business transfers — in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will provide notice of any such change.

4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Our Site uses cookies and similar technologies to enhance your experience:

Essential cookies — required for the Site to function properly, including session management and security.

Analytics cookies — help us understand how visitors use the Site. We use Google Analytics to collect aggregated, anonymized usage data. Google’s privacy policy governs their processing of this data.

Functional cookies — remember your preferences and settings.

You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings. Disabling certain cookies may limit your ability to use some features of the Site.

5. Data Security

We take the security of your personal and financial information seriously. We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. These measures include SSL/TLS encryption for data in transit, secure hosting infrastructure, access controls, and limiting access to client data to authorized personnel only.

Credit reports, financial documents, and sensitive client files are handled with particular care and are not shared outside the scope of your authorized services.

No method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy and to provide the services you have engaged, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

Client service records, including dispute correspondence and credit-related documentation, are retained for a reasonable period after the conclusion of services to comply with legal and regulatory requirements and to support any follow-up needs you may have.

You may request deletion of your information at any time by contacting us. Certain records may need to be retained to comply with legal obligations.

7. Your Rights Under California Law (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), provides you with additional rights:

Right to know — you may request that we disclose what personal information we have collected about you, the categories of sources, the purposes for collecting it, and the categories of third parties with whom it has been shared.

Right to delete — you may request deletion of your personal information, subject to certain legal exceptions.

Right to correct — you may request that we correct inaccurate personal information we maintain about you.

Right to opt out of sale or sharing — we do not sell your personal information. We do not share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising purposes.

Right to non-discrimination — we will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA/CPRA rights.

Sensitive personal information — credit and financial information you provide in the course of our services may be considered sensitive personal information under CPRA. We use this information only as necessary to provide the credit consulting and repair services you have requested.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the information in Section 13 below. We will respond to verifiable consumer requests within 45 days, and may extend this period by an additional 45 days where permitted by law, with notice to you.

8. Credit-Specific Disclosures

Score Pros provides credit consulting and repair services. We want to be clear about the following:

Your rights under the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA):

You have the right to dispute inaccurate information in your credit report. The credit bureau must investigate within 30 days of receiving your dispute. You have the right to cancel your credit repair contract within three business days of signing, for any reason and without charge. No credit repair organization may charge you or receive payment before services are fully performed. You have the right to sue a credit repair organization that violates the CROA.

Your rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA):

You have the right to know what is in your credit file. You have the right to dispute incomplete or inaccurate information directly with credit bureaus. Consumer reporting agencies must correct or delete inaccurate, incomplete, or unverifiable information, generally within 30 days.

Score Pros operates as a credit repair organization as defined by the Credit Repair Organizations Act and provides services in accordance with the CROA and applicable California law (including the California Credit Services Act). Before you sign any contract for our services, you will receive — as a separate document — the federally required disclosure titled “Consumer Credit File Rights Under State and Federal Law.”

We are not a credit reporting agency. We do not furnish information to the credit bureaus. We act on your behalf to address inaccurate, outdated, or unverifiable reporting.

We are not a lender or financial institution. We do not make credit decisions, extend credit, or guarantee approval for any financial product.

We do not guarantee specific results or timelines. Credit outcomes vary based on individual circumstances, reporting accuracy, and credit profile. Guaranteeing specific score increases or removal of items would be both unethical and in many cases unlawful.

9. SMS / Text Messaging Program

Score Pros (a brand of VZN House LLC) operates a text-messaging program (“Score Pros Account Messaging”) so we can support you about your account. This section describes how that program works and how your mobile information is handled.

Consent. By providing your mobile phone number to Score Pros — through our intake, onboarding, or contact forms, during your Credit Clarity Session, or otherwise — you agree that we may send you recurring transactional and customer-care text messages at that number. These may include appointment and Credit Clarity Session reminders, document and account-status updates, replies to your questions, and other service-related messages. Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.

Message frequency & cost. Message frequency varies based on your account activity and your interactions with us. Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan.

How to opt out or get help. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP (or END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT) to any text message from us; you will receive a one-time confirmation and no further messages unless you opt back in. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at info@getscorepros.com or (949) 430-6622.

Privacy of your mobile information. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in consent, or any information collected through the text-messaging program with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information is shared only with the messaging service providers that help us deliver the texts you have requested (such as our telephony/messaging provider), and only as needed to operate the program. Mobile opt-in data is never shared for marketing.

Our SMS program is operated in accordance with applicable law, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), and carrier (CTIA) messaging guidelines.

10. Third-Party Links and Services

Our Site may contain links to third-party websites and services, including our self-service platform at ai.getscorepros.com, scheduling tools, and payment processors. This Privacy Policy applies only to getscorepros.com. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you access through our Site.

11. Children’s Privacy

Our Site and services are not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected information from a child under 18, we will take steps to delete that information promptly. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, services, technology, legal requirements, or other factors. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
