These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website getscorepros.com (the “Site”) and the services provided by Score Pros, a brand operated by VZN House LLC (“Score Pros,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing the Site, booking a consultation, exchanging text messages with us, or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or our services.
You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States to use our services.
1. Our Services
Score Pros provides credit consulting, credit education, credit repair, and related services. Our services focus on identifying and addressing inaccurate, outdated, or unverifiable information on consumer credit reports using ethical, compliant methods, and may include preparing and submitting disputes and correspondence to credit bureaus and furnishers on your behalf, at your direction and authorization. The specific scope, deliverables, and price of your engagement depend on the service tier you select and are described to you before you commit, including during your Credit Clarity Session.
2. No Guarantees
Credit outcomes and timelines vary based on reporting accuracy, credit history, and individual profile structure. Score Pros does not guarantee specific credit score improvements, the removal or deletion of any item, timelines, or any particular outcome. Guaranteeing results or timelines in credit repair services is unethical and in many cases unlawful. Any examples, testimonials, or case studies reflect individual experiences and are not a promise of results for you.
3. Your Responsibilities
To use our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and truthful information;
- Respond to communications in a timely manner;
- Follow the guidance and recommendations provided;
- Review and authorize disputes and correspondence prepared on your behalf;
- Notify us of any changes to your situation or contact information; and
- Use our services and Site only for lawful purposes.
4. Your Right to Cancel
Three-day right to cancel (Credit Repair Organizations Act). You have the right to cancel your contract for credit repair services, for any reason, without charge, by sending written notice to us at any time before midnight of the third business day after the date you signed the contract. The federally required “Notice of Cancellation,” along with the separate disclosure titled “Consumer Credit File Rights Under State and Federal Law,” is provided to you with your service contract.
Cancel anytime after that. Beyond the three-day period, you may cancel your services at any time. Refunds, if applicable, are handled on a case-by-case basis and depend on the services already rendered. To cancel, contact us using the information in Section 16.
5. Fees and Billing
We prioritize transparent billing. All costs are explained before any commitment, and there are no hidden fees. Pricing depends on the level of support required and is discussed during your Credit Clarity Session and set out in your service agreement. You authorize us and our third-party payment processor (e.g., Stripe) to charge the payment method you provide for the fees you agree to. Score Pros bills for its services in accordance with applicable law, including the Credit Repair Organizations Act and the California Credit Services Act.
6. SMS / Text Messaging Terms
Score Pros (VZN House LLC) operates a text-messaging program (“Score Pros Account Messaging”). By providing your mobile phone number — through our intake, onboarding, or contact forms, during your Credit Clarity Session, or otherwise — you agree that we may send you recurring transactional and customer-care text messages, including appointment and Credit Clarity Session reminders, document and account-status updates, and replies to your questions. Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.

- Reply STOP (or END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT) at any time to opt out; reply HELP for help, or contact us at info@getscorepros.com or (949) 430-6622.
- We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Our SMS program is operated in accordance with applicable law, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), and carrier (CTIA) messaging guidelines.
7. Credit Repair Compliance & Your Rights
Score Pros operates as a credit repair organization as defined by the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA) and provides services in accordance with the CROA and applicable California law, including the California Credit Services Act.
Your rights include: the right to dispute inaccurate information in your credit report directly with the credit bureaus (which must generally investigate within 30 days); the right to cancel your contract within three business days as described in Section 4; the protection that no credit repair organization may charge or receive payment for services that have not been fully performed; and the right to sue a credit repair organization that violates the CROA.
We are not a credit reporting agency or consumer reporting agency — we do not furnish information to the credit bureaus. We are not a lender or financial institution — we do not make credit decisions, extend credit, or guarantee approval for any financial product.
8. Intellectual Property
The Site and all content, materials, templates, branding, and software made available through it are owned by or licensed to VZN House LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our materials without our prior written permission. “Score Pros” and related logos are our marks.
9. Disclaimers
The Site and our services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Information provided through the Site or during consultations is for general educational purposes and is not legal or financial advice.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Score Pros and VZN House LLC are not liable for credit outcomes, decisions made by credit bureaus, furnishers, creditors, or lenders, or for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Site or our services. Our role is to provide guidance, education, and compliant dispute services based on your individual situation. Nothing in this section limits any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including under the CROA.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Score Pros, VZN House LLC, and our officers, employees, and contractors from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site or services, or your provision of inaccurate or unlawful information.
12. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Before filing any claim, you agree to first contact us so we can try to resolve the matter informally. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts; alternatively, the parties may agree in writing to resolve a dispute through binding arbitration.
Nothing in these Terms waives, limits, or restricts any right or remedy you have under the Credit Repair Organizations Act or other applicable consumer-protection law, and any provision that would do so is void to that extent.
13. Termination
You may stop using the Site and cancel your services at any time as described in Section 4. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site or services if you breach these Terms, provide false information, or use our services unlawfully. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 8–12 and 14–16) will survive.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date above. Your continued use of the Site or our services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
15. Miscellaneous
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and your service agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and Score Pros regarding the Site and our services.
