Managed Credit Support

Free. No obligation. Month to month, cancel anytime, no long-term contract.
What managed credit repair support actually means
Most people picture credit repair as one letter and one answer. It is not. Your credit report is a living record that three separate companies maintain from data sent to them every month by lenders, collectors, and courts. Correcting it is a cycle, and the cycle has rules.
Here is the mechanic underneath all of it. Section 611 of the Fair Credit Reporting Act gives you the right to dispute any item you believe is inaccurate, incomplete, or unverifiable. Once a bureau receives that dispute it has 30 days to complete a reasonable reinvestigation, extendable to 45 days if you send additional information during the window. The bureau forwards the claim to the furnisher, meaning the company that reported the data. If the furnisher cannot verify what it reported, the item has to be corrected or deleted. If it verifies, the item stays, and challenging it again requires new grounds or new documentation.
Managed support is us running that cycle on your behalf. We read all three reports, decide which items have real grounds, file the challenges, track the clock on every one, read each response as it lands, and tell you in plain English what changed and what did not. You approve the plan for each round. You do not have to chase anybody, sit on hold, or keep a spreadsheet. Accurate items stay on your report, because that is the law and because we will not pretend otherwise.
Managed means you approve the strategy and we carry the workload. It does not mean you are kept in the dark.
Who this is for, and who should pick something else
Score Pros qualifies hard on purpose. Being sent to the right service beats being sold this one.
Best for
People who want inaccurate or outdated credit reporting handled correctly and compliantly, without managing any part of the process themselves.
- Have inaccurate or outdated items on one or more bureau reports
- Want a professional running the dispute process end to end
- Prefer approving a plan over managing the work
- Need consistent, compliant correction rather than a one time push

You want to understand the system while it is being worked

How it runs, step by step
What happens at each stage, and what lands in your hands. Bureau investigation windows are set by the FCRA, not by us, and no outcome or timeline is guaranteed.

Free Credit Clarity Session
A 30 to 45 minute call with your three bureau reports open. We read them line by line, show you where the bureaus disagree with each other, and separate what is genuinely in play from what is accurate and staying. If the honest answer is that you do not need a paid service, we say so on this call.
What you see
A live 3-bureau review, a written summary of what we found, and a plain English explanation of every flagged item.
-
Documentation and engagement
Before any work begins you receive the CROA-required written disclosure, Consumer Credit File Rights Under State and Federal Law, and a written contract. You may cancel that contract in writing for any reason and at no cost: three business days under CROA, and longer in some states, since California residents may cancel until midnight of the fifth working day after signing with any payment returned within 15 days. Your written agreement states the period that applies in your state. We collect proof of identity and address, because the bureaus reject disputes without it, and any documents that support a specific claim.
What you see
Your disclosure, your contract, your written right to cancel (three business days under CROA, longer in some states), and a short document checklist.
-
Round one goes out
We build the first round around the items with the strongest grounds, not around volume. Each challenge states what is wrong and why, and attaches supporting documentation where it exists. Where a method of verification request is the right next move, we send one. You see the round plan before anything is mailed or filed.
What you see
The round plan in advance, then copies of everything sent, with the date each investigation window opened.
-
Responses come back and get read
Bureau results arrive in stages, rarely all at once. Some items come back corrected or deleted, some come back verified, and some responses raise a new question worth pursuing. We read every one, forward it to you, and explain what it means for the file rather than dropping a PDF in your inbox.
What you see
Every bureau response forwarded to you, with a written read on what changed, what held, and why.
-
Next rounds, on a schedule
A verified item is not the end of the road if there are new grounds or new documentation. We plan the next round from what the responses actually said. Results vary by file and no outcome or timeline is guaranteed, but the work moves on a schedule instead of moving when you remember to push it.
What you see
A monthly update from a person, the plan for the coming round, and a running record of every item worked.
-
Monitoring and handoff
Deleted items sometimes reappear. That is called re-insertion, and the FCRA requires the bureau to notify you in writing within five business days if it happens. We watch for it and challenge it when it does. When the file reaches the point where it is being maintained rather than corrected, we tell you, and you cancel.
What you see
Re-insertion checks, a maintenance plan you can run yourself, and a straight answer when the work is done.

What changes for you
Not a score prediction. These are the things the work is designed to put in your hands. Results vary by file, and no outcome or timeline is guaranteed.
You stop guessing what is on your reports
Three bureaus, one explanation, in language you can repeat to a lender. Most people have never had anyone read their file to them.
The work happens on a schedule
Rounds go out when they should, deadlines get tracked, and responses get read the week they arrive instead of sitting in a pile.
You know which items were actually in play
And which ones were accurate and never going anywhere. That distinction is what stops people from paying for years of work that was never going to help.
You end with a file you can defend
Copies of every letter sent and every response received, so if a lender or a furnisher pushes back later you have the record.
Questions about managed credit support
The ones people actually ask on the first call, with the answers we actually give.
What does managed actually mean? Do I have to do anything?
You do three things: send us identity and address documentation, approve each round plan, and forward anything the bureaus mail directly to you. That is it. We handle the reading, the drafting, the filing, the deadline tracking, and the follow up.
What do you need from me to start?
A government issued ID, proof of current address such as a utility bill or bank statement, and access to your three bureau reports. Bureaus reject disputes that arrive without identity verification, so this is not optional paperwork. If you have letters, statements, or payoff records tied to a specific item, those help.
How long does a round take?
The bureau has 30 days to complete its reinvestigation once a dispute is received, extendable to 45 days if you supply additional information during that window. That is a legal deadline for the bureau, not a promise about your file. Most files run more than one round because responses arrive in stages. Results vary, and no outcome or timeline is guaranteed.
What happens if the bureau verifies the item?
It stays on your report. From there we decide whether there are new grounds, whether a method of verification request is worth sending, or whether the item is simply accurate and the honest move is to stop challenging it and build around it instead. We will tell you which one it is.
Will you challenge items you know are accurate?
No. Filing a knowingly false dispute is not a strategy, it is a liability, and it burns credibility with the bureaus on the items that actually matter. If an item is accurate and inside its reporting window, we say so and shift to a rebuilding plan.
What is re-insertion, and how do you catch it?
Re-insertion is when an item that came off your report is put back by the furnisher. The FCRA requires the bureau to notify you in writing within five business days if it happens. We monitor for it during the engagement and challenge it when it appears, because a deletion that quietly returns is worse than one that never happened.
How does billing work, and can I stop?
There is a first-work fee and a flat monthly fee, both discussed on your call once we have seen the file. CROA prohibits charging for credit repair services before they are performed. Plans run month to month with no lock-in past the current period, you can cancel anytime, and you keep the written right to cancel the contract itself at no cost: three business days under CROA, and longer in some states (five working days in California). The full breakdown is on the pricing page.
Is this the same thing as the Essential Plan?
Managed Credit Support is the way the work is delivered. The Essential Plan is the tier it sits on. If you want the tier explained in terms of scope and cost rather than delivery, read Essential Credit Repair.
