The Mechanics

The business credit accelerator program, and who it is genuinely built for

Most business credit advice fails at execution, not at information. The tier ladder is public. The vendor lists are public. What is missing is somebody watching your specific file every month, catching the vendor that never reported, telling you to wait three weeks before the next application, and answering the question you did not know to ask. That is what the Accelerator is.

It is done-with-you, which is a deliberate middle position. Nobody can build your business credit entirely for you, because the accounts, the bank relationship, and the applications are legally yours. And doing it entirely alone is where most people stall around month three, when the D and B profile has not updated and it is not obvious whether that is a problem or just timing. In the Accelerator you have one dedicated advisor for the whole six months, the same person, on monthly 60 minute calls, with the work tracked between them.

The mechanics are the same ones that govern every business credit build. A free D-U-N-S number opens the Dun and Bradstreet file, where PAYDEX runs 0 to 100 and 80 or better is the target. Experian Business scores the Intelliscore Plus from 1 to 100, where 76 or better sits in the low risk band. Equifax Business builds risk and failure scores alongside them. Tier 1 net-30 vendors report without a personal guarantee, Tier 2 store and fleet cards come next, and Tier 3 bank-issued cards and lines come last and still typically require a personal guarantee. The entity name, EIN record, registered address, and bank account have to match exactly, character for character. The Accelerator is that sequence run with an advisor instead of run from a checklist.

Done-with-you, six months, limited spots, and an advisor who knows your file by name.

Fit

Who this is for, and who should pick something else

Score Pros qualifies hard on purpose. Being sent to the right service beats being sold this one.

Best for

Owners of a real operating business who want business credit experts working the build with them for six months, rather than reading about it and hoping.

  • Run a real operating business, or are launching one with a filed entity
  • Want funding capacity built in the right order rather than applied for early
  • Value having a named advisor and being held to a schedule
  • Are ready to commit for six months, since the profile is built from payment history

Not for you if

  • You are a self-starter who just wants the system and the dashboard

The DIY Builder gives you the AI fundability score, the five-phase roadmap, the vendor database, business score monitoring, and the coaching assistant at $99/mo. Plenty of owners never need more than that.

  • The entity is not filed yet, or the foundation is not close

Start on the main site with a consultant, get the six must-haves and the personal file in order, and apply when the six months would actually be spent building rather than fixing.

  • Personal credit is the real constraint right now

Tier 3 business credit still usually requires a personal guarantee. If that file is the bottleneck, correcting it first makes the entire business build shorter and cheaper.

The Process

How it runs, step by step

What happens at each stage, and what lands in your hands. Bureau investigation windows are set by the FCRA, not by us, and no outcome or timeline is guaranteed.

  1. Application and strategy call

The Accelerator is by application because it does not fit everyone, and taking a business that is not ready would waste six months of your time and one of our advisor slots. The strategy call covers the business, the personal file behind it, the funding goal, and whether the timing makes sense. Investment is discussed on that call.

    What you see

A direct answer on fit, and the numbers, before you commit to anything.

  2. Foundation and fundability baseline

Your advisor audits the six must-haves: entity in good standing, EIN, dedicated business bank account, verifiable address, business phone listed under the entity, and D-U-N-S registered. Then the exact-match check across every record, because a single abbreviation difference between the state filing and the bank account is enough to send a real application to manual review.

    What you see

A fundability baseline and a written foundation fix list with nothing left ambiguous.

  3. Personal and business strategy, integrated

Tier 3 credit still typically rests on a personal guarantee, so the two files get planned together rather than in separate silos. Where the personal file has inaccurate, outdated, or unverifiable items worth challenging, that work runs under the FCRA alongside the business build.

    What you see

One plan covering both files, with the dependencies between them named.

  4. Tradeline application management

Your advisor manages the ladder with you: which Tier 1 vendors to open and in what order, how to use them so there is real payment history to report, when the profile can support Tier 2, and how far apart to space applications. Roughly two to three weeks between applications, because clustering reads as distress.

    What you see

A managed application sequence, with each account tracked from opened to actually reporting.

  5. Monthly coaching and accountability

Sixty minute one-on-one calls every month with the same advisor, with coaching notes and progress tracking between them. This is the part that separates the program from a course: somebody is looking at your actual profile monthly and telling you what to do next, including when the answer is to wait.

    What you see

Monthly 60 minute calls, written coaching notes, and a running accountability record.

  6. Funding preparation and positioning

A custom lender-ready business website, a personalized funding roadmap, funding application support, and access to the partner network. We prepare and position the business so it reads as real and scorable. We do not promise funding amounts, and no approval or amount is guaranteed.

    What you see

A lender-ready web presence, a written funding roadmap, and hands-on support through applications.

What Changes

What changes for you

Not a score prediction. These are the things the work is designed to put in your hands. Results vary by file, and no outcome or timeline is guaranteed.

The build stops stalling

Month three is where solo builds die, usually over a profile that has not updated yet. An advisor watching monthly is the difference between waiting correctly and quitting.

Applications get managed, not guessed

The right tier, at the right time, spaced properly, with each account tracked until it is actually reporting.

The business reads as real to a lender

Matching records, a listed phone, a scorable profile, and a lender-ready web presence. Underwriters check all of it.

Both files move together

Personal and business planned as one strategy, because the personal guarantee on Tier 3 credit means they were never separate to begin with.

Common Questions

Questions about business credit accelerator

The ones people actually ask on the first call, with the answers we actually give.

Why is the Accelerator by application only?

Because there is one advisor attached to each file for six months and the spots are limited. Taking a business whose entity is not filed, or whose personal credit is the actual constraint, would waste your six months and a slot somebody else needed. The strategy call exists to find that out before either of us commits.

What does it cost?

Investment is discussed on your strategy call, once we have seen the business and the goal. That is not evasiveness, it is that a business with a filed entity, a clean personal file, and a D-U-N-S already registered needs a different engagement than one starting from nothing. If self-directed is a better fit for your budget, the DIY Builder is $99/mo and is a genuinely good product.

How is this different from the DIY Builder?

The DIY Builder gives you the platform: fundability scoring, the five-phase dashboard, the vendor database, business score monitoring, and the AI coaching assistant. The Accelerator gives you all of that plus a human advisor who owns your file, monthly one-on-one calls, managed tradeline applications, the lender-ready website, and funding application support.

Do I have to have good personal credit?

It does not have to be perfect, and it does matter. Tier 1 vendor accounts generally do not require a personal guarantee, so the early build can proceed while the personal file is being worked. Tier 3 bank credit typically does require one, which is why the program treats both files as a single strategy.

Will you promise funding, or a specific amount?

No. We prepare, position, and support the applications. Approval, amount, and terms are lender decisions weighing revenue, time in business, deposits, industry, and the credit profile together. Any program promising a dollar figure before seeing your financials is selling something we would not.

Why six months?

Because a business credit profile is built from payment history and history takes time to accumulate. Foundation and D-U-N-S can be handled quickly, then Tier 1 accounts need months of clean reporting before the profile can support Tier 2, and Tier 3 comes after that. Six months is the honest length of the sequence, not a billing convenience.

Do you sell tradelines or aged shelf corporations?

No, and we do not work with anyone who does. Buying a tradeline or an aged entity misrepresents your business history to a lender. Everything in this program builds an accurate profile for your actual business under its own EIN.

What happens after the six months?

You keep the profile, the vendor relationships, the website, and the roadmap, and you know how to run the next tier yourself. Some clients continue on the DIY Builder platform to keep monitoring their business scores. Nothing about the program is designed to make you dependent on it.
