Credit repair services, matched to what your file actually needs.

There is no single version of this work. Some people have inaccurate reporting that needs challenging. Some have accurate reporting and a thin file that needs building. Some have a closing date in nine weeks. Those are three different jobs, and being sold the wrong one is how people end up paying for a year of nothing.

Below are the eight ways we work, what each one is for, and who should pick something else. You do not choose a plan first. We read your reports on a free call, then tell you which one fits, including when the answer is none of them.

Free. No obligation. Month to month, cancel anytime, no long-term contract.

Structure

How credit repair services are structured here

Every engagement moves through the same four stages. What changes between levels is how far down the list we go with you, and how much of it you want to do yourself.

Stage 01

Understand what is happening

All three reports pulled and read line by line, out loud, with you. Where the bureaus disagree with each other. Which items are genuinely in play and which are accurate and staying. This is the free Credit Clarity Session, and for some people it is the only stage they need.

Stage 02

Correct what is wrong

Challenges filed under the Fair Credit Reporting Act against inaccurate, outdated, or unverifiable items, on stated grounds, with documentation. The bureau then has 30 days to complete its reinvestigation, extendable to 45 if additional information is supplied during the window. You see every round before it is sent.

Stage 03

Use credit on purpose

Utilization timed against statement dates, account age protected, mix filled in where it is missing, applications spaced deliberately. This is the stage that separates a file that improved once from a file that keeps improving.

Stage 04

Maintain it

Re-insertion monitoring while we are engaged, then a written maintenance plan you run yourself. The end of a good engagement is us telling you to cancel, not us finding a reason for you to stay.

You do not choose a plan first. We tell you what makes sense, then you decide.

Read the full walkthrough on how it works, or the mechanics of the dispute process.

Decision Guide

Start here if that is you

Find the line that sounds like your situation. It points at the service built for it. If two lines sound like you, take the one with the date attached, because deadlines change what is worth working on.

  • Collections or charge-offs you think are wrong, and no deadline

You want the reporting challenged properly and you would rather not touch any of it yourself.

  • A short list of questionable items and a tight budget

You want the core dispute work handled correctly without paying for planning or coaching you will not use.

  • You have been burned before and want to understand it this time

You want the corrections handled and the scoring mechanics explained while it happens, so you can hold it yourself afterward.

  • There is a closing date, an application, or a deadline in weeks

You need the work triaged against a real date and every step we control moved to the front.

  • You are buying a home or a vehicle in six to twelve months

You have enough runway to sequence this properly instead of rushing it, and the rate matters as much as the approval.

  • Your file is thin as well as damaged

Two accounts, short history, high utilization. Removing negatives alone will not leave you with a strong file, because there is nothing underneath them.

  • You have an entity and you want credit under the EIN

You need the foundation checked and the vendor ladder sequenced before you apply for anything, not after.

  • The business is real and you want an advisor on it for six months

You want managed tradeline applications, monthly coaching, and funding preparation rather than a checklist.

  • You have time, you want control, or the paid plans are not the right spend

Everything we do is something you are legally entitled to do yourself for free. ScorePros AI gives you all three reports, plain English analysis, and letters you review and send, published at $49.99/mo. The Approval Lab teaches the framework at $25/mo.

Levels Of Support

The eight ways we work

Four for personal credit, described two ways each because people ask about them two ways, and two for business. Every one has its own page with the process, the FAQ, and who should pick something else.

Essential Plan

Managed Credit Support

Best for: People who want inaccurate or outdated reporting handled correctly and compliantly, without managing any part of it themselves.

How managed support works →

What this looks like:

  • We read all three reports, file the challenges, and track every investigation window
  • Every bureau response forwarded to you with a plain English read on what it changed
  • Re-insertion monitoring, so an item that quietly comes back gets challenged again

Approve the plan, send the documents, read the updates. That is the entire demand on your time.

Essential Plan

Essential Credit Repair

Best for: People with a manageable number of questionable items who want the core dispute work done properly and nothing bolted on.

See what essential covers →

What this looks like:

  • Dispute preparation and submission across all three bureaus
  • Challenges limited to inaccurate, outdated, or unverifiable reporting
  • The round plan shown to you before it goes out, every time

Same tier as managed support, described by scope instead of by delivery. This is the lowest cost entry into done-for-you work.

Priority Plan

Guided Credit Strategy

Best for: People who want the corrections handled and the reasoning taught, so the improvement holds after the engagement ends.

See how guided strategy works →

What this looks like:

  • A written breakdown of your file by scoring factor, with your real utilization numbers
  • Coaching on statement date timing, account age, credit mix, and inquiries
  • The reasoning behind every challenge, in writing, before it is sent

For people who would rather learn the system once than hire someone for it twice.

Priority Plan

Priority Credit Repair

Best for: People working against a real date: a mortgage application, an auto purchase, a lease approval, a financing window.

See how priority handling works →

What this looks like:

  • Your file at the front of our queue, with the deadline recorded on it
  • Item triage ranked against the specific decision you are preparing for
  • A dedicated contact, and next rounds staged before the current window closes

The FCRA investigation clock cannot be shortened by anyone. Everything on our side of it can, and usually that is where the time was lost.

Credit Master Plan

Strategic Credit Planning

Best for: People with a specific goal and a timeline: buying or refinancing a home, financing a vehicle, or lowering what borrowing costs them.

See how planning works →

What this looks like:

  • A written target: the product, the approximate date, and the scoring environment it will be read in
  • A three bureau audit read the way an underwriter reads a file
  • A dated sequence of positioning moves, with a go or wait call before you apply

Mortgage underwriting usually reads the middle of your three scores, which means the weakest bureau report is the one that matters.

Master Plan

The Credit Master Plan

Best for: People who want the whole profile handled: negatives challenged, missing positive history built, structure set so it stays that way.

See what the master plan covers →

What this looks like:

  • A full profile architecture review: accounts, ages, limits, real utilization, mix
  • A rebuilding sequence with a reason attached to every account
  • A written long term maintenance plan for after the engagement ends

Correction is subtraction. A file that has been stripped of negatives but has no depth underneath is still a weak file.

Business Credit

Business Credit & Fundability

Best for: Owners of a real operating entity who want a business credit profile built under the EIN, in the order the bureaus actually read it.

See how the business build works →

What this looks like:

  • Foundation audit against the six must-haves, including the exact-match check across every record
  • A written vendor sequence: Tier 1 net-30, then Tier 2 store and fleet, then Tier 3 bank credit
  • Personal credit reviewed first, because Tier 3 still typically rests on a personal guarantee

Work with a business credit consultant before you apply for anything. Applying early does not speed the build up, it puts denials on the file.

By Application Only

Business Credit Accelerator

Best for: Business owners who want business credit experts running the build with them for six months instead of reading about it and hoping.

See if the Accelerator is a fit →

What this looks like:

  • One dedicated advisor for the full six months, with monthly 60 minute calls
  • Tradeline application management across Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3
  • A custom lender-ready business website, funding roadmap, and application support

By application only, limited spots, investment discussed on your strategy call. Runs on the Score Pros Biz platform.

Compare

An honest comparison, including the option where you do not pay us

We do not publish figures for the done-for-you plans, because the right scope depends on what is actually on your reports and we are not going to guess at it on a web page. We do publish exactly how the cost is built, and the prices of the self-serve products are what they are.

Transparency

What every plan includes, and what no plan includes

The second list is the one that tells you what kind of company you are dealing with. It does not change based on which level you pick.

Included at every level

  • All three bureau reports read line by line before anything is filed
  • Challenges limited to inaccurate, outdated, or unverifiable items, on stated grounds
  • The round plan shown to you before it is sent
  • Copies of every letter sent and every bureau response received
  • Regular progress updates from a person
  • The CROA written disclosure and a written contract before any work begins
  • Your right to cancel that contract in writing at no cost: three business days under CROA, and longer in some states (five working days in California)
  • Month to month billing, cancel anytime, no long-term contract

Never included, at any level

  • A promised score, a promised number of deletions, or a promised date
  • Challenges against items we know are accurate and inside their reporting window
  • Tradelines, CPNs, aged shelf corporations, or anything sold as a new credit identity
  • Charges taken before the work they pay for has been performed
  • A contract you cannot leave beyond the current billing period
  • Invented reviews, invented client counts, or point lifts we cannot show you
  • Pressure to upgrade when the level you are on is doing the job

Score Pros is a credit repair organization as defined by the Credit Repair Organizations Act, and it operates under it. The full disclosures are on the compliance page. Who we are is on the about page.

Common Questions

Questions about choosing a service

The ones people ask before they book, with the answers we give on the call.

Do I have to choose a service before the call?

No, and we would rather you did not. The point of the free Credit Clarity Session is to read your three reports and work out what your file actually needs. People routinely arrive convinced they need the biggest plan and leave on the smallest one, or the other way round.

Why is there no pricing on this page?

Because scope depends on what is on your reports, and a number posted here would either be too high for a simple file or too low for a complicated one. What we will tell you in advance is the structure: a first-work fee plus a flat monthly fee, month to month, and no contract past the current period. CROA prohibits charging for credit repair services before they are performed.

The pricing page explains every part of that, including what is never charged.

Do you guarantee results or a timeline?

No. Outcomes depend on what is being reported, whether the furnisher can verify it, and how your file is structured. Promising a score or a date in this industry is a violation of the Credit Repair Organizations Act, and any company doing it is telling you something about itself.

The only firm number in the process is statutory: once a dispute is filed, the bureau has 30 days to complete a reasonable reinvestigation, extendable to 45 days if you supply additional information during that window. That is a deadline for the bureau, not a prediction about your report. Results vary, and no outcome or timeline is guaranteed.

Can you take accurate items off my report?

No, and nobody can. Accurate items report for their statutory window, generally up to seven years from the date of first delinquency, and up to ten years for a Chapter 7 bankruptcy. What we challenge is reporting that is inaccurate, outdated, or unverifiable, which is a different thing and more common than people expect on old debts that have changed hands.

When an item is accurate, the honest work is building around it. That is what the master plan and the strategy levels exist for.

What if I only need advice and not ongoing support?

That happens regularly and we will say so. Some people leave the clarity session with three things to do and no reason to pay anyone. If a DIY tool is the right fit, we will point you at ScorePros AI or the Approval Lab instead of selling you a plan.

Why are some services listed twice under different names?

Because people search for them two ways. Managed Credit Support and Essential Credit Repair are the same tier: one page describes how the work is delivered, the other describes what the work covers. The same is true of Guided Credit Strategy and Priority Credit Repair, and of Strategic Credit Planning and the Credit Master Plan. Each page answers a different question about the same level, and we would rather say that plainly than pretend there are eight different prices.

Is business credit separate from personal credit?

They are separate reporting systems and they are connected in practice. Business credit lives under your EIN with Dun and Bradstreet, Experian Business, and Equifax Business, and it is built on reporting vendor tradelines rather than personal accounts. But Tier 3 bank-issued business credit still typically requires a personal guarantee, which means a damaged personal file caps the business build.

That is why the business credit service starts with the personal side. Business Credit Foundations covers the whole sequence for free.

Can I switch levels later, or cancel?

Both. People move up when a goal appears, such as a mortgage entering the picture, and move down when the correction work is finished and only maintenance is left. Everything is month to month, you can cancel anytime, and you also have a written right to cancel the contract itself at no cost: three business days under CROA, and longer in some states (five working days in California).

Next Step

Not sure which one is yours?

That is the normal position, and it is exactly where we start. The session is a structured conversation, not a pitch.

On the free Credit Clarity Session we will:

  • Read all three bureau reports with you, line by line
  • Explain what is helping and what is hurting, item by item
  • Separate what is genuinely in play from what is accurate and staying
  • Walk through which of the eight services fits, and what it would cost
  • Tell you honestly if none of them is worth your money right now

Either way you leave understanding your own file. Clarity first. Progress and improvement follow.
